A meaningful festival is built by people who show up and create something together.
Explore the opportunity that fits you best. Our 2027 partner packages, participation requirements, and any vendor fees will be confirmed separately; nothing from 2026 should be treated as a current offer.
Lead a sports clinic, showcase, tournament, discovery station, or wellness class. Share your coaching expertise and help families discover local programs. Program operators are responsible for appropriate staffing and safe, positive experiences.
Express program interestAlign your brand with family engagement, youth sports access, wellness, and community connection. Opportunities may include event presenting roles, sport activations, equipment, hydration, merchandise, and production support.
Festival sponsorship inquiries are managed through the Miami Beach Youth Sports Foundation to keep partnership information in one place.
Explore festival sponsorshipBring family-friendly food, beverage, retail, or interactive experiences to the event. We're interested in local businesses that add to the festival atmosphere and share its community-minded values.
2027 booth sizes, fees, permits, vendor insurance requirements, and sales-related contributions will be published only when finalized.
Express vendor interestSchool communities, PTAs, nonprofits, youth organizations, and local groups can help share the event, lead activities, celebrate school spirit, and connect families to resources.
We welcome interest from groups working to make sport, movement, and wellness more accessible.
Join as a community partnerSupport event operations, family welcome, check-in, activity areas, wayfinding, and youth engagement. The Festival is also a chance for students to practice leadership and service.
